Tenants bring their own appliances

Updated Kitchen

New Cabinets/Re-face/paint and all new hardware if need be. Adequate flooring, updated plumbing and new Garbage disposal. GFI s and meet code requirements.

Updated Bathroom

New bathroom Fixtures, Updated plumbing. New lighting and flooring if need be. GFI s and meet code requirements.

Fixture

Update lighting, receptacles, switches, blinds, plumbing fixtures, cabinet hardware, door knobs to level of the neighborhood

Flooring

Updated with durable product (commercial vinyl tiles, ceramic tile, laminate floors, refinished hardwood, painted concrete or carpet)

Interior Paint

Freshly painted (semi-gloss’ recommended).

Exterior Paint

Repaint or touch up if necessary.
